Requirements

The Senior Manager, Product Analytics requires 10+ years of relevant product analytics or data science experience, including a minimum of 3 years of management experience leading technical teams, fluency in SQL, and a strong background in data visualization. Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, Product Analytics at Maven, the candidate will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Product Analytics team, partner closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams to design and execute an analytics roadmap, influence product and business decisions by proactively surfacing data-driven recommendations, define and drive the analytics vision for experimentation, product performance tracking, and user behavior analysis, establish and promote development best practices, coding standards, and design principles across the team, and drive operational efficiency by overseeing the development of scalable data pipelines and analytics infrastructure.
