The Senior Analyst II, Product Insights will drive insights and recommendations for complex projects, both independently and collaboratively, by developing a deep understanding of product usage and identifying opportunities to better serve member needs. Responsibilities include prototyping novel measurement approaches, developing dashboards for tracking product and business performance, connecting operational performance to health outcomes and savings, and scaling the company's impact. This role involves wrangling complex product and healthcare data, synthesizing insights, and creating compelling data stories through dashboards and presentations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
