Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of engineering or systems development experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI-first development and proven experience building 0-1 AI products and strategic technology implementations with measurable business outcomes. Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js, Python, and Git is required, along with experience in building scalable cloud-based infrastructure on GCP and workflow automation via no-code/low-code platforms like Make.com, n8n, or Workato.

Responsibilities

The Staff AI Growth Engineer will architect and lead the development of next-generation AI agent and workflow systems, owning the AI growth roadmap and shaping internal capabilities and integrations to streamline marketing and operational workflows. This includes driving modular, scalable, multi-agent AI systems, developing CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks, leading strategic AI transformation initiatives, partnering with various teams to identify inefficiencies and deliver agent-based solutions, and building secure, documented systems with robust controls and company-wide standards for AI governance.
