Requirements
Candidates should possess 12-15 years of experience in AI/ML, security, governance, and safety, with at least 2 years specializing in GenAI and LLMs, demonstrating expertise in building and optimizing AI/LLM-based data classification systems, and possessing in-depth knowledge of the AI lifecycle management, including bias mitigation, explainability, and robustness testing. Strong programming skills in Python and potentially other languages such as RUST, Java, and Go are required, along with familiarity with tools like Lang Chain, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Director, AI Security, the individual will lead cutting-edge research on securing Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs, conducting advanced AI/ML security research and experimentation to develop novel algorithms and scalable solutions, developing and optimizing models, tools, and methodologies for risk detection and mitigation, architecting and deploying robust frameworks for AI governance and compliance, building end-to-end pipelines for GenAI system deployment with a focus on operational excellence, incorporating state-of-the-art safety measures, serving as an evangelist by publishing white papers and advising stakeholders, leading collaborations with researchers and engineers, and partnering with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and ethical AI practices.
