  • Knowledge in Infrastructure (Cloud Azure and AWS, Private Cloud OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, ELK, DevOps Pipeline, Virtualization, Networks) and supported environments

Responsibilities

  • Understand relevant incidents in Production
  • Conduct Post Mortem ceremonies after incidents
  • Develop action plans for identified permanent corrections
  • Seek root cause of incidents with multidisciplinary teams led by Technical Engineers
  • Conduct technical analyses (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa)
  • Hold meetings with technical teams to monitor actions and ensure compliance with deadlines
  • Evaluate impact and urgency to define priorities
  • Manage known errors: Document known errors, update knowledge base
  • Analyze automation opportunities
  • Reduce recurring incidents and average resolution time for problems
