Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience in a marketing design role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory, along with proficiency in designing for print, web, video, and social media. Strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to articulate design decisions are essential. Experience with animation and motion graphics is a strong plus.

Responsibilities
