Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in UX/UI design, interaction design, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, along with at least four years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar is required, as well as a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, and advanced-level English skills.

Responsibilities

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, the candidate will be responsible for creating user personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide the design process, developing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts, designing visually appealing interfaces with a focus on consistency and branding, creating and maintaining design guidelines, pattern libraries, and UI kits, preparing and presenting design documentation, and staying up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
