About You

• 5+ years of related professional experience
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere)
• Demonstrated graphic design expertise, creativity, and flexibility
• Deadline-oriented

Standout Experience:

• SVG animations
• Video creation
• Content creation for social media
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, arts, or industrial design

About the Role

As a founding member of the Graphic Design Team, you will be responsible for establishing best practices for design on Syndica’s SaaS platform and social media profiles. This role requires strong graphic design experience, the ability to initiate and develop concepts using various design software, and collaboration with team stakeholders to achieve completion.

The ideal candidate possesses demonstrable experience in creative design, vision, and execution. You will collaborate with various team stakeholders to create forward-thinking designs and serve as the go-to design expert. Experience with SaaS platforms and an interest in building the next generation of web3 infrastructure are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create branding across different platforms.
• Design forward-thinking assets for the Syndica website, social media, and print materials.
• Create mockups in Figma on a timely basis.
• Work closely with leadership and the frontend team to project manage and help determine product goals.
• Design, mock, and implement UI/UX in collaboration with the frontend team.

What Success Looks Like

• In three months: Become a go-to design expert, seamlessly contributing beautiful designs across departments on time.
• In six months: Help build a world-class design aesthetic as a founding design team member.
• In twelve months: Thoroughly understand leadership’s brand vision and establish a cadence of predictable, on-time delivery without compromising quality.
