Responsibilities

The Senior UX Designer will own the end-to-end UX process for new website features, from strategy to execution. This includes leading brainstorming sessions, creating user flows, site maps, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications. The designer will also ensure interfaces are innovative and consistent, advocate for usability and accessibility, collaborate with development partners on scalable solutions, and work with content strategy teams for a coherent storytelling experience. They will initiate and design prototypes for user insights and participate in project definition activities.
