Requirements

Responsibilities

The Sr. Technical Recruiter will be responsible for building candidate pipelines through referrals, sourcing, networking, and market research, focusing on engineers and operations experts in relevant industries. They will act as a business partner to design and execute recruiting strategies with hiring managers, own the entire candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer closing, and manage recruiting metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced interview practices. Additionally, they will contribute to implementing early people programs such as employee referrals, interview training, and university outreach, and potentially assist with early people programs. They will also manage travel up to 10% of the time.
