Requirements

The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in configuration and development within complex, global organizations in Finance, Supply Chain, or Source-to-Pay operations/technology. Preferably, the candidate should have at least 2 years of ServiceNow configuration/development experience and hold relevant ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and Finance & Supply Chain related Solution Accreditations.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Technical Consultant will serve as a technical expert, focusing on configuring ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain solutions, including Sourcing and Procurement Operations, Supplier Lifecycle Operations, and Accounts Payable Operations. Responsibilities include supporting process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis, advising customers on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities, leading design workshops, guiding customers on technical documentation, drafting user stories, providing training to system administrators, leading technical aspects of project delivery, developing integration components, enhancing UI and mobile components, preparing customer-facing deliverables, managing multiple projects, promoting continuous improvement, supporting sales activities, and mentoring team members. Up to 50% travel may be required.
