Requirements

5+ years of experience with the Trade Thru Application, IBM MQ, and IBM WebSphere
Familiarity with databases - Oracle DB
Expert in Solaris, including scripting and process management

Responsibilities

Oversee system health, configurations, and software releases for Trade Thru
Analyze high-impact incidents; lead root cause analysis and post-mortems
Maintain configuration baselines, documentation, and change control records
Coordinate with SS&C vendor for advanced troubleshooting and updates
Lead, mentor, and manage the team
Coordinate support shift rotations, incident response, and service delivery
Define and track KPIs/SLAs for system uptime, issue resolution, and support quality
Liaise with cross-functional teams: infrastructure, development, QA, and business stakeholders
Drive automation and monitoring improvements (e.g., self-healing, proactive alerting)
Ensure compliance with internal security, risk, and audit requirements
