Requirements

  • Experience as GSM for C4C business

  • Experience scouting new ODM/JDM and Sub-Assy suppliers, and partnering with Commodity GSM for key component suppliers in China
  • Ability to develop and execute C4C sourcing strategy based on China market status, product roadmaps, new technology trends, QBR scores, etc., ensuring alignment with each BG
  • Leadership in cross-functional teams to drive supplier and sourcing strategy
  • Skills in ensuring RFx packages are ready with required information and confirming China Only/China First definitions
  • Expertise in negotiating pricing, terms, contracts, and conducting detailed cost analysis including should-cost analysis
  • Ability to conduct thorough market analysis for industry trends, pricing dynamics, and opportunities, especially for Keyboards (KBD), Mouse (MSE), Headsets, Speakers in China market
  • Capability to provide strategic insights to leadership based on market and supplier assessments
  • Experience establishing and maintaining a database for market insights and supplier evaluation
  • Skills in setting up routine market intelligence alignment with BG and conducting supplier visits/surveys
  • Proficiency in developing and executing end-to-end sourcing processes from supplier identification to contract negotiation and relationship management
  • Ability to develop processes for collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in sourcing and supply chain management
  • Experience in C4C Only supplier relationship management

Responsibilities
