Responsibilities

Manage Collaborative Design Manufacturer (CDM) suppliers and develop long-term supplier strategies in alignment with company goals
Oversee supplier management and negotiate pricing and contracts
Support GSM Sourcing Leads in developing and executing comprehensive supplier strategies
Drive cost reduction strategies and identify sourcing opportunities
Monitor market trends (e.g., components shortages) and act immediately to mitigate potential supply impact
Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal partners
Ensure business continuity and risk mitigation strategies are in place
