Requirements

  • BS Degree in computer science or related field and/or 6 years of prior experience in a pre-sales, consulting, or software development role involved with Enterprise software and cloud-based/SaaS solutions (preferred)
  • Technical experience with marketing technology solutions, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, web protocols, web analytics (useful to customize demonstrations)
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written skills to engage with customer executives, conduct business requirement discovery sessions, and deliver dynamic presentations
  • Ability to travel as needed up to 40%, including 1-day visits with customers for discovery and solutioning meetings
  • Enterprise pre-sales background in government or passion for helping customers solve their business challenges (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with assigned sales account executives to position solutions that address customer business problems by articulating and demonstrating Adobe’s value proposition and business value
  • Drive sales opportunities by providing Adobe's point of view towards customer business challenges and leading the technical sales process
  • Conduct discovery sessions
  • Deliver customer presentations
  • Scope solutions based on requirements
  • Provide demonstrations
  • Respond to RFP solicitations
  • Collaborate across the Adobe ecosystem on ideas in support of customer success
  • Guide and deliver creative solutions supporting State and Local Government digital experiences
