Position Overview

As a member of our Nonprofit Solution Consulting team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and acquiring new Nonprofit customers. You will serve as the primary technical leader for clients, evangelizing the ServiceNow portfolio with support from Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This is a hands-on technical consultant role requiring both breadth and depth in solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles. You will build trusted advisor relationships with executives and customer stakeholders by leveraging your Nonprofit industry knowledge and broad technical expertise across the enterprise technical ecosystem.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.
  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert for customers and prospects within the Nonprofit industry.
  • Lead discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations that align our solutions with customer needs.
  • Guide strategic programs in top accounts, including customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement.
  • Support marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
  • Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to improve team quality and efficiency.
  • Provide feedback to product management on product enhancements to address customer needs and add value.
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Enterprise Software within the Nonprofit industry.
  • Proven experience selling into the Nonprofit industry is required.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
  • Demonstrated energy, drive, compassion, and an engaging yet humble personality.
  • Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with sales counterparts to drive execution excellence.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Pay: $116,475 - $180,600 (guideline for this location)
  • Incentive Compensation: Competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) structure for sales positions.
  • Equity: Applicable for certain roles.
