Requirements

Responsibilities

The Solutions Consultant will facilitate live virtual training sessions and webinars for new and existing Virtuous clients, implementing Professional Services solutions and providing ongoing support. They will collaborate with customers to design and implement solutions, manage custom services projects from kickoff to delivery, including documentation and workflow creation, and deliver training sessions on Virtuous products with a focus on achieving 80% utilization. Additionally, the Solutions Consultant will serve as an internal product expert, supporting internal teams and collaborating with subject matter experts as needed, and may include occasional travel and in-person training sessions.
