Position Overview

  • Location Type: Remote (Preference for candidates working remotely throughout the US, with occasional travel and potential for hybrid schedule in Phoenix, AZ or Plano, TX - 3 days/week)

  • Brief Description: The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for facilitating live virtual training sessions, webinars and implementing Professional Services solutions for new and existing Virtuous clients. This role may include occasional travel and facilitation of live, in-person training sessions. Additionally, as an internal product expert, Solutions Consultants will provide support to internal teams and collaborate with other subject matter experts as needed.

Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of Virtuous suite of products.
  • Ability to effectively convey complex information to both customers and internal staff.
  • Collaboration skills to design and implement solutions for Virtuous customers.
  • Project management skills to scope, define, manage, and deliver custom services.
  • Documentation skills to create technical process and visual workflows.
  • Training and webinar delivery skills with clarity and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate live virtual training sessions and webinars.
  • Implement Professional Services solutions for Virtuous clients.
  • Provide support to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with other subject matter experts.
  • Design and implement custom services, including integrations, scripts, and automations.
  • Manage custom services projects from kickoff through delivery.
  • Document technical process and visual workflows.
  • Deliver end-to-end projects/solutions.
  • Provide QA/UAT support.
