TELUS Digital is seeking an Enterprise Applications Solutions Architect to drive innovation and transformation through the design and implementation of complex enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, or Salesforce. This role involves working closely with internal teams, partners, and clients to architect scalable solutions that modernize legacy systems, automate workflows, and improve enterprise efficiency. It is a pivotal role blending pre-sales support, technical leadership, and strategic consulting.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise applications consulting, or platform implementation
  • Deep expertise in one or more enterprise platforms: ServiceNow, SAP (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, etc.), or Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, etc.)
  • Strong grasp of enterprise system design, including workflow automation, data modeling, integrations, and API usage
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale implementation and transformation programs
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern development practices
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills applied to enterprise-level challenges
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and system environments
  • Architect end-to-end enterprise solutions using ServiceNow, SAP, or Salesforce (based on area of expertise)
  • Translate business needs into detailed system requirements, solution designs, and integration plans
  • Support sales efforts by creating compelling proposals, demos, and proof-of-concepts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, project management) to ensure alignment and feasibility
  • Drive data and systems integration across ERP, CRM, ITSM, HR, and Finance ecosystems
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, recommending best practices for platform usage, configuration, and extensibility
  • Stay current with platform roadmaps, trends, and emerging capabilities to inform architecture decisions
  • Mentor junior consultants and engineers in platform capabilities and enterprise application design
