Candidates should possess 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions, and experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services. Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence are also required, along with a willingness to travel. Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is desired.
The Sr Solution Consultant will support the Healthcare Solution Sales by guiding revenue, developing and providing product-specific solutions during sales cycles, leading discovery workshops, answering product questions, guiding strategic programs in top accounts, providing feedback to product management, sharing best practices, and staying current on competitive analysis and market differentiation. They will also support marketing events and collaborate with the executive team, sales, product management, and other relevant stakeholders.
