Responsibilities

The Manager, Solutions Engineering will lead and develop the Solutions Engineering Team to excel in advisory roles, ensuring success in customer and alliance implementations by providing in-depth system and process expertise. They will identify and drive opportunities to leverage automation, AI, LLMs, and self-service tools to scale customer implementation procedures and empower internal operational teams. The role involves building strong relationships with Omada’s client-facing teams, aligning strategic objectives, and acting as an external facing technical consultant for key implementations and projects. Furthermore, they will lead technical implementation discussions with Omada and the customer’s technical teams, and proactively influence product roadmaps and operational strategies by utilizing insights gained from advisory roles.
