Candidates should have 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions, and experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services. They must reside in Eastern or Central Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey or Washington DC metro area, and possess experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
As a Sr Solution Consultant, the individual will support the Healthcare Solution Sales by guiding revenue, developing and providing product-specific solutions during sales cycles, leading discovery workshops, answering product questions, guiding strategic programs in top accounts, providing feedback to product management, sharing best practices, and staying current on competitive analysis. They will also support marketing events and work with Sales counterparts to promote execution excellence.
