Position Overview

PointClickCare is a leading health tech company dedicated to helping providers deliver exceptional care. As a Solution Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of PointClickCare by supporting pre-sales engagements with existing and prospective enterprise customers. You will partner with our sales organization to build trusted advisor status with business leaders, positioning and driving preference for the implementation of our platform to meet their strategic priorities. This role offers the opportunity to build customer-focused relationships, identify business and technical challenges, and develop specific actions and requirements to create optimal solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a high level of subject matter expertise in the customization, configuration, and implementation of PointClickCare's products.
  • Collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure successful delivery of results based on the scope of work.
  • Become a subject matter expert in PointClickCare's product offerings and technical support.
  • Engage in complicated state-wide or regional projects requiring innovative solutions.
  • Identify potential barriers, red flags, or unrealistic client expectations and promptly inform Sales and Product leadership.
  • Participate in the generation of PointClickCare's sales proposals, RFPs, Statements of Work, and information security questionnaires.
  • Create client-facing content as a SME of PointClickCare to accelerate the sales cycle and future sales engagements.

Who You'll Work With

  • Internal: Leveraged by sales and other departments as the technical and feature expert in client meetings.
  • External: Clients will rely on this role to identify potential barriers to successful implementation and consult on technical integration best practices.
  • Reporting: This position is part of the Solution Design team and reports to the Director of Solution Engineering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Senior experience with SaaS implementation or technology
