Candidates should have 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions, and experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services. They must reside in Eastern or Central Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey or Washington DC metro area, and possess willingness to travel. Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is also required.
As a Solution Consultant, the individual will support the Healthcare Solution Sales by developing, positioning, and providing product-specific solutions during sales cycles, guiding discovery workshops, leading strategic programs in top accounts, answering product questions, providing feedback to product management, sharing best practices, and supporting marketing events. They will also work with Sales to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals, and maintain territory management skills.
