Requirements

Computer Science/IT or equivalent degree from university/graduate school
10+ years of practical experience as a technical professional in the IT industry (with expertise/specialty areas)
Practical experience in project management
Knowledge and experience in programming or system development/operations (C/Java/VB/Python/Javascript etc.)
Knowledge of AI, usage experience, or interest (machine learning, deep learning, LLM etc.)
High communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Business-level Japanese
Basic communication in English equivalent to TOEIC 700+ score
Experience in negotiations/proposals with external parties including coordination tasks (communication skills, proactivity, initiative)

Responsibilities

Understand clients' business challenges and requirements, and design/implement optimal solutions using UiPath products (Automation Cloud / Orchestrator / Studio / Agentic Builder / Maestro / Apps / AI Center / Action Center etc.)
Serve as technical lead in project delivery, providing guidance to development teams, best practices, and code reviews
Support technical advisory for cloud migrations and modernization from legacy environments
Collaborate with product development and support teams to provide feedback and improvement proposals internally
Collaborate with global members and other regional teams to share best practices and support complex projects
Conduct professional services proposals together with the sales team
