Requirements

The Sr. SLED Systems Engineer requires 8-10 years of relevant experience, expert knowledge in networking technologies with competitive network industry and regional knowledge, proven ability to effectively influence new customer decisions and displace competition, thorough knowledge of security design features, hands-on experience using security-related toolsets, demonstrated skills in troubleshooting and problem resolution in a network environment, and a keen ability to understand and analyze customer requirements.

Responsibilities

The Sr. SLED Systems Engineer will be an integral member supporting the Sales Account Executive team in a Pre-Sales Capacity, assisting in the design, planning, and implementation of a Secure Network Solution Engineer, providing consultative support for pre-sales, partners, and customers on Extreme Networks Solutions, presenting at trade shows, seminars, and overseeing internal demonstration facilities, preparing and delivering customer presentations to all levels of management, and providing educational training on leading edge technologies/Extreme Networks products to presales.
