Candidates should have 2-5 years of quota-carrying software sales experience, with at least 1 year of experience selling to the Public Sector, preferably state and local government. Strong consultative selling and account management skills are necessary, along with a proven track record of successful quota attainment and account portfolio growth. Excellent communication, presentation, and business acumen are also required.
The Account Executive will be responsible for a discrete quota within State and Local client accounts, assessing market potential and developing sales strategies to maximize revenue. They will evangelize UiPath's brand through value selling, build relationships for upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and educate customers on solution benefits. The role also involves partnering with the Business Development Team to penetrate new accounts, cultivating opportunities with partners, and monitoring industry competitors and market conditions.
