Responsibilities

The Services Executive is responsible for managing opportunities for Expert Services and Success Services within designated strategic accounts, in coordination with license sales teams and partners. This role involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, scoping proposals for successful project delivery, and driving the rollout and deployment of licensed ServiceNow products. The Services Executive will also focus on structuring proposals for predictable revenue recognition, identifying new business opportunities, and driving client references. Key duties include leading engagement negotiations, positioning services appropriately, developing deployment plans, and supporting project mobilization and transition to the Delivery organization. Additionally, the role involves developing business development plans for accounts with low satisfaction or usage, ensuring contracts maximize chances of successful delivery, and driving client references. The Services Executive is expected to exceed services sales quotas.
