Sr. Field Sales Representative

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, a minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, and preferred pull-through building product sales experience. Candidates should have proven success in growing sales, superior interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Teams and Outlook 365, and experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system are also required.
As a Sr. Sales Representative, the individual will represent Westlake Royal Building Products’ Stone products – Cultured Stone™, Eldorado Stone™, Stonecraft™, Dutch Quality™, and Kindred™ – in the assigned territory of Alabama and Florida, developing and maintaining consultative relationships with Architects, Builders, Contractors, and Distribution partners. This includes developing territory plans, arranging demonstrations and training, participating in trade events, collaborating with regional sales leaders and other team members, managing key metrics, interpreting market data, recommending product changes, submitting sales reports, and understanding installation procedures. Additionally, the role involves managing customer complaints, traveling up to 40-60% of the time, and maintaining insurability with a valid US state driver’s license.
