Position Overview

  • Location Type: Remote – Northeast

  • Salary: $97,700.00 - $157,475.00 (base pay offered may vary based on factors like location, education, training, and experience)

This role is within the Sales function and is expected to grow business within assigned accounts or territories, develop sales forecasts, and sell professional line products to installing dealers and distributors. The incumbent will also manage customer relationships, provide feedback to product teams, mentor new sales team members, and understand the marketplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Strong public speaking experience
  • Able to travel up to 75% - domestically and internationally
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in sales systems
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Fluency in Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and increase sales volume of assigned accounts or districts.
  • Develop sales forecasts and district potentials.
  • Sell Professional Line products to installing dealers and distributors by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Manage partner relationships to enhance solution capabilities and customer value.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Drive average net sales price and overall P&L impact at the district level by managing pricing programs.
  • Conduct customer training presentations on product and selling skills.
  • Facilitate quote management and order fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement merchandising/advertising programs.
  • Participate in partnership program implementation and negotiation.
  • Leverage strong local market awareness to influence strategic business decisions.
  • Represent Sales team on assigned cross-functional projects.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects.

Compensation and Benefits

In addition to base pay, a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution are offered (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
