Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, along with strong public speaking skills and the ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally, maintaining a valid driver’s license.
The Sr. Field Sales Representative will drive growth of sales volume within assigned accounts or territories by developing sales forecasts and territory potentials, selling professional line products to installing dealers and distributors, understanding market dynamics and competition, providing customer feedback to product teams, taking over account management for new Commercial/Perimeter accounts, facilitating quote management and order fulfillment, managing partner relationships, executing merchandising programs, conducting training and presentations, and complying with health and safety guidelines while protecting Chamberlain Group’s reputation.
