The Regional Director of Sales for the West will be responsible for leading and expanding the sales team, driving new revenue generation, overseeing pipeline health, championing sales excellence through frameworks, and acting as a strategic partner to key prospects and customers. They will also collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure overall sales success and establish Atlan as the preferred data governance platform in the region.
