Candidates should have 8+ years of work experience in Global Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, with experience working within the Majors market teams. They should possess the ability to articulate specific Majors market understandings and insights, and 5 years’ experience with SaaS, B2B, multi-product and technical sales business models, preferably in high-growth companies. Zoom experience in Sales Operations & Enablement could substitute for 8+ years of work experience.
The Senior Sales Operations Manager will structure and evaluate business problems, design and implement relevant recommendations, and track success metrics by partnering with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. They will also partner extensively with the Go to Market Insights team to understand market opportunity, define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) across selling segments, become a subject matter expert on Sales Segmentation definitions, Sales Booking Policy, and Global Rules of Engagement, understand the impact of Privacy and Security issues, co-lead executive analyses and strategies, use the Zoom sales technology stack to report on activities and performance, lead cross-functional initiatives to improve sales productivity and velocity, and drive operational efficiencies by automating processes and tools. Additionally, they will collaborate with Sales Enablement and GTM Insights to deploy technology and create a unified planning environment, and conduct scoping of projects to understand business requirements and timelines.
