Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will own GTM Data Integrity & Enrichment by leading the account enrichment strategy and maintaining data quality standards, partner with Sales Strategy and Revenue Leadership to define and maintain scalable segmentation and territory models, manage territory assignments with a focus on equitability and performance, build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor pipeline health and rep performance, lead major systems enhancements and new tool rollouts to support the lead-to-order process, champion change management for GTM transformation initiatives, and serve as a trusted partner to Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Enablement teams.
