Requirements

Candidates should be tech-savvy and demonstrate a willingness and desire to learn the latest tech stack, with experience in digital transformation in accordance with industry best practices. They should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and implement a Global Sales Strategy with GTM team leaders, as well as experience in territory, quota, and compensation planning in partnership with finance teams.

Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Strategy and GTM Operations Manager will develop and implement a Global Sales Strategy, create business and execution plans, identify and recommend sales KPIs, build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor pipeline health and sales performance, and drive a continuous performance and capacity management review process. They will also develop and own models to support annual planning processes, drive adoption of CRM hygiene, and perform ad hoc analysis and reporting to identify risk and opportunity.
