Role: Senior Sales Strategy and GTM Operations Manager

As the Senior Sales Strategy and GTM Operations Manager, you will partner closely with senior management and operational teams across the marketing and sales funnel to maximize revenue growth and optimize the customer journey. This position is a functional manager and does not have a supervisory duty. This role will be the voice of performance management for the Sales organization, with a focus on driving strategy and process improvements through insights and data-driven recommendations. Ideal candidates are tech savvy, demonstrating a willingness and desire to learn the latest tech stack and lead digital transformation in accordance with industry best practices.

Impact You'll Own:

  • Develop and implement a Global Sales Strategy with GTM team leaders.
  • Develop business and execution plans.
  • Identify and recommend sales KPIs.
  • Territory, quota and compensation planning, in partnership with finance teams.
  • Build, maintain and analyze periodic reports and dashboards to effectively monitor pipeline health and sales performance.
  • Create quarterly and annual business insights and trend analysis to measure and influence all aspects of business performance and sales strategy, including, but not limited to:
    • Role design
    • Capacity planning
    • Territory performance and tiering strategies
    • Sales lifecycle structure
    • Early risk and opportunity identification
  • Develop and own models to support annual planning processes.
  • Drive a continuous performance and capacity management review process.
  • Drive adoption and adherence to CRM hygiene.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reports.
