The Senior Sales Operations Business Partner will oversee the end-to-end execution and continuous improvement of Verra Mobility’s sales playbook, reporting, analytics, and tech stack, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other departments to ensure sales teams have the necessary tools and resources. They will also ensure sales processes are documented and maintained, update content management systems, standardize reporting in Salesforce, monitor KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to sales leadership to improve performance.
