Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or a similar quantitative degree, and a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Sales Operations for field sales teams. Prior experience supporting field sales teams with a passion for seeing the bigger picture and problem solving is preferred. Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools, with VBA/SQL/Python skills being a plus, are required. Detail-orientedness with a focus on accuracy and data integrity, as well as effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, are also necessary.
The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will support and influence quarterly compensation planning cycles, assist in the administration and execution of sales compensation plans, ensuring accurate and timely payout calculations, and deliver compensation statements to each incentive-eligible employee. They will also provide day-to-day support to the sales team, generate regular and ad hoc reports to provide insights into sales performance and compensation metrics, assist in the development and documentation of incentive compensation policies and procedures, proactively identify opportunities to improve operational systems and processes, and perform other duties as assigned.
