Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity industry. Strong analytical skills and experience with incentive programs, particularly SPIFFs, rebates, and performance-based compensation models are required. Familiarity with financial reporting and data analysis tools is also necessary.
The Sr. Incentive Analyst will own and manage the end-to-end processing of partner incentive payments, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution across all Partner incentives. They will serve as the operational subject matter expert for incentive payments, responding to inquiries and resolving discrepancies. The role involves coordinating with various teams including Finance, Sales Operations, and Legal to maintain alignment and audit readiness, validating partner performance data, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and supporting reporting to ensure visibility into program performance.
