Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. They must have at least 8 years of analytical experience in e-commerce, specifically within sales or a related field, and demonstrate proficiency in building and maintaining dashboards and reporting. Strong forecasting skills and experience with sales compensation plans are also required, along with the ability to analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement.
The Staff Analyst will build and maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor the performance of Angi’s sales organization, review business and staffing trends, develop forecasting models, design and implement sales commission plans, support the sales compensation process, analyze sales performance data, and identify actions to optimize productivity and profitability. They will also work cross-functionally with various teams to provide data-driven insights, support A/B testing, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, mentor junior analysts, and proactively identify risks to sales team performance.
