Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales/account management; Digital, shopper marketing experience is a plus
  • Logical thinking, strong analytical skills, and good with numbers
  • Experience in account planning and developing strategy

Responsibilities

  • Develop omnichannel growth strategy and priorities with consumer-first mindset and business acumen
  • Deliver omnichannel sales targets aligned with Haleon strategy by formulating winning strategies and reaching consensus with customers and key account managers through omnichannel Joint Business Plans (JBP)
  • Deliver omnichannel market share/penetration KPIs by working with performance marketing/brand marketing teams to drive health products into more hands
  • Optimize and upgrade omnichannel digital shelf (FCP) management with performance marketing to drive effectiveness and efficiency along the online shopper journey
  • Collaborate strongly with internal cross-functional teams (digital/trade marketing/marketing/QSC/financial/regulatory/medical) and external key stakeholders to ensure wired for excellence
  • Drive meaningful initiatives with omnichannel customers as pioneer on media or activations to break through barriers in fast-paced market dynamics
  • Strengthen and drive operational efficiency through strategies aligned to commercial objectives
  • Actively participate in the Core Commercial Cycle for end-to-end forecasting for the Sales Team
  • Support Modern Trade KAMs on channel/customer investment structure (Trade Spend, Investment Focus, Level of Investment) aligned to commercial financial objectives
  • Collaborate across internal functions to support Modern Trade Sales Team commercial objectives
  • Provide insights on alignment of brand plan and sales team execution; improve operational efficiency in front and back end processes
  • Perform thorough analysis of sales figures (sell-in, sell-out, on-shelf availability, ECOV, call compliance, call effectiveness) to identify improvements for sales KPIs
  • Employ forecast tools like Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and monitor commercially agreed terms against company financial objectives
  • Provide visibility on channel and customer profitability; support Channel Manager and KAMs on action plans for profitability
  • Provide accurate reporting and analyses on GTN spend monthly
  • Maintain central repository of all sales commitments/contracts supporting GTN budget
  • Ensure data maintenance and accuracy in Key Account Management System
