  • Be the “execution arm” of WBC and bring plans to life at retail
  • Help train and develop associate-level teammates; work towards the common goal of driving the business sustainably with an owner’s mentality
  • Plan and execute profitable, “on-strategy” annual promotion plans; analyze promotional and shopper marketing ROI
  • Ensure pricing / financial guidelines are followed in the marketplace
  • Utilize data (IRI, Nielsen, etc.) to story-tell around opportunities in the business and create solutions that add value to both brands & retailer partners
  • Articulate the WBC’s Collective’s unique positioning to deliver overall growth
