Candidates should possess 5+ years of sales, sales training, and enablement experience, with a proven track record as a Senior Individual Contributor (IC) in Enterprise SaaS organizations within a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities. They should demonstrate strong instructional design skills and a thorough understanding of adult learning principles, alongside excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills. Knowledge of MEDDPICC training and reinforcement, as well as various sales methodologies like Challenger, Value Selling, and Command of the Message, is also required. A data-driven approach and strong organizational skills with attention to detail are essential, along with the aptitude for proactive problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Sales Enablement Manager will lead the development and execution of skills training programs for the Global Sales Organization, including curriculum design, playbook development, and certification creation, while also evolving the new hire onboarding program to decrease ramp time and increase productivity. They will assist in planning and executing the annual Global Sales Kickoff, acting as the NAMER and LATAM regions enablement expert in collaboration with the Director. This role involves applying project management skills across incentive programs, facilitating regular feedback loops with key stakeholders, developing proficiency in Vimeo Products and Enterprise solutions, and staying current with industry trends. Furthermore, the manager will maintain strong communication with Revenue Leaders to identify program needs, establish relationships with cross-functional partners, and leverage Seismic to rollout all enablement initiatives.
