Eventbrite is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to join their team. This role is crucial in providing the sales and commercial teams with the necessary training, tools, and content to succeed in a competitive sales environment. The Sales Enablement Manager will work closely with the Enablement Team, Global Sales Team, and cross-functional partners in Marketing and Product to ensure representatives and leaders are effective and proficient.

The Team

The Sales Enablement team's goal is to equip sales representatives with the skills, knowledge, process expertise, and assets to maximize buyer interactions. The global sales and commercial team operates across three geographies, supporting thousands of customers. This role will contribute to the strategy by helping build content and design/facilitate training for global teams. The team collaborates closely with Sales Development Reps, Account Executives, Commercial Managers Reps, Sales Leaders, Marketing, and Product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with global leaders and the enablement team to develop and deliver training for new hires, ongoing education, and proficiency for their teams.
  • Own product communications and training for the Sales Enablement team, collaborating cross-functionally to stay updated on product launches and updates, and creating supporting content.
  • Facilitate logistics for sales and commercial new hire onboarding, including content creation and scheduling.
  • Maintain all content within Workramp, the Learning Management System.
  • Assist in content creation for product and process training.
  • Plan and execute learning workshops, both in-person and virtual, including an Annual Sales Kick-Off.
  • Determine sales content needs and collaborate with marketing and product marketing to scope and build it.
  • Develop rep and leader playbooks, content, and templates to improve role proficiency.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication of general product updates, process changes, and industry learnings/trends to the team.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated understanding of B2B sales processes and channels.
  • Experience communicating and producing training and materials in partnership with multiple stakeholders across various teams and locations.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • High attention to detail.
  • Resourceful problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong organization, time management, and project management skills.
  • Experience mapping and creating content for marketing, sales, and training.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
