Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in sales, customer success, technical support, enablement, or a related field within a B2B SaaS environment. Strong domain expertise is required, demonstrating a deep understanding of the various processes, tools, and knowledge needed for success within a commercial organization.

Responsibilities

The Sales Enablement professional will support the design and creation of new training and enablement content, while keeping existing content and tools up to date. They will facilitate sales and sales management training for new hires and seasoned sellers, as well as Customer Success Managers, Partner Success Managers, Solution Engineers, etc. Additionally, they will own end-to-end enablement, driving the entire lifecycle of programs, from ideation to measurement, and onboard new hires with engaging onboarding programs. The role involves translating technical content, providing strategic guidance to stakeholders, empowering teams with tailored programs, measuring and improving enablement programs, and ensuring programs are integrated into relevant platforms.
