Requirements

Candidates should possess proven experience in Revenue Enablement within high-growth SaaS companies, preferably in the healthcare industry. They should have a deep understanding of both SMB and Enterprise go-to-market needs and the ability to adapt enablement programs accordingly. Demonstrated experience in designing and measuring the impact of enablement programs at scale is essential, along with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive execution and coach others. Familiarity with tools like Guru, Cornerstone, Gong, and Salesforce is a bonus, as is experience integrating AI technologies into enablement workflows.

Responsibilities

The Sr Manager, Revenue Enablement will develop and own the enablement strategy, aligned to commercial objectives and GTM priorities. They will lead and coach a team of Enablement Specialists to deliver high-impact, data-informed programs, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to ensure effective enablement. Responsibilities include operationalizing support across diverse GTM motions, building and maintaining scalable frameworks for program delivery, content development, feedback, and iteration, integrating AI tools into enablement workflows, and acting as the connective tissue between the Product team and Commercial stakeholders.
