Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering sales enablement programs that drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, tools, and training techniques.
  • Ability to leverage data to assess needs, measure impact, and continuously improve programs.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Strong visual communication skills, including the ability to design compelling sales collateral (e.g., slide decks, one-pagers).
  • Desire and ability to work autonomously and drive your work.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training, resources, and programs to help sales teams perform at their best.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, product, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and refine processes.
  • Deliver tailored enablement initiatives to support sales team success.
