Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Understanding of the end-to-end value-based sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and build long-term relationships
  • Highly motivated, professional, and goal-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in identifying growth opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • High level of ethics, integrity, and team spirit
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and contribute to innovation

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets
  • Ensure we meet expectations in terms of Growth on Renewals and upsell/cross-sell
  • Plan and prioritize activities which includes but are not limited to; pro-active prospecting on accounts renewing in the year, post sales engagement, targeted campaigns for driving add-on/expansion
  • Conduct customer and partner meetings (virtual or in-person) to deepen relationships and uncover new opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and distributors
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Channels team to support and close opportunities
  • Represent Adobe in all customer-facing activities, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Monitor market and competitor activities and share relevant insights
  • Always act with integrity and professionalism
