Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Life Sciences, along with 2+ years’ experience in an Events Management role and 5+ years previous experience in marketing management or program management administration. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Preferred qualifications include an MBA, MS/PhD, and a deep understanding of molecular biology and life science tools, particularly in Synthetic Biology, NGS, and Biopharma development.
The Sr. Regional Marketing and Events Specialist will develop a deep understanding of target audiences and regional needs, aligning global campaigns accordingly. They will coordinate and manage all regional events, including seminars, trade shows, and user group meetings, oversee ordering and inventory, track invoices, and develop regional digital marketing campaigns, including ABM activities. Furthermore, this role involves measuring ROI, analyzing the marketing-to-sales funnel, building relationships with sales and channel partners, coordinating with sales leadership to align priorities and set goals, and providing proactive communication and presentations to executives and stakeholders.
