Responsibilities

Perform daily maintenance of outlet master file for US production
Solicit, gather, and validate information from different sources to identify accuracy of outlet reference record
Perform daily bridging of outlet sales recycles to IQVIA database
Respond to outlet related queries
Work on client specific projects with varying nature and business rules
Maintain work allocations sheets containing client-required details that varies from one project to another
Escalate issues to the project lead or team lead
Perform functions as directed by the project lead/supervisor/manager
