Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Sourcer will partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies to identify top talent, proactively source for both technical and non-technical roles, primarily starting with our engineering and product organizations, own and execute on creative outreach strategies that reflect our culture and values, develop and execute on sourcing strategies to engage with high caliber talent, use data to evaluate the effectiveness of searches and advise the business accordingly, provide a high touch candidate experience from source to close, ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other systems, and collaborate with the broader Talent and People team to improve processes, enhance the candidate experience, and scale hiring with quality.
