Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
  • Proactively source for both technical and non-technical roles, primarily starting with our engineering and product organizations.
  • Own and execute on creative outreach strategies that reflect our culture and values.
  • Develop and execute on sourcing strategies to engage with high caliber talent.
  • Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of our searches and advise the business accordingly.
  • Provide a high touch candidate experience from source to close.
  • Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other systems.
  • Collaborate with the broader Talent and People team to improve processes, enhance our candidate experience, and scale our hiring with quality.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of technical sourcing experience, ideally within a high-growth environment.
  • A trusted partner to hiring managers—skilled at aligning talent strategy with business goals.
  • Thrive on uncovering hard-to-find talent and building diverse pipelines.
  • Take a data driven approach in all aspects of the recruiting funnel.
  • Believe in talent density – that each and every hire you bring in makes a company stronger and upleveled.
  • Treat every candidate with a white-glove experience because they’re an MVP.
  • Can source passive top talent no matter how hard the market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage as you support one the fastest growing departments in the company.
