Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale, high-impact programs and initiatives in the banking & credit cards domain. They must have advanced knowledge and demonstrated expertise in end-to-end project planning and project delivery. A technical background with hands-on experience in tech stacks like Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL is required. A PMP or Agile PM certification is preferred. Strong hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Program Manager will align programs with the organization's strategic objectives and business goals, clearly defining program scope, deliverables, and measurable objectives. They will collaborate with design leadership throughout the design process, identify and allocate resources including budget and personnel, and develop and manage the program budget. The role involves identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and resolving issues that may impact program success. Key responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders, gathering and managing requirements, developing and managing the program schedule, implementing quality assurance processes, managing changes to scope, schedule, and resources, and establishing and monitoring key performance indicators. The Program Manager will also maintain comprehensive documentation, manage contracts and vendor relationships, and continuously analyze program performance to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall program resilience. Addressing conflicts and challenges within the team to maintain a positive work environment is also a crucial aspect of the role.
